As a CX Designer I collaborated with Product, Marketing, and Innovation Teams at Dow Jones business units to successfully launch products, deploy new processes, and features. By proactively identifying opportunities to exceed customer expectations focusing on B2C and B2B across Dow Jones Media Group especially focusing on The Wall Street Journal customer experiences. 
 Intern Project that reflects the current interests of connecting with Millennials.
